Born on 9th August 1956, Penza region.
High education.
1975 — graduated Tula Polytechnic Institute.
1988 — Moscow Institute of mines, speciailty «Technology and system mechanization of open pit of mineral deposit».
From 1975 to 1986 Sergei v. Bekrenev has been working on Tuchkovskiy complex of ferroconcrete items. He started as a foreman of mining workshop, then became a mechanic and head of the mining workshop.
In 1986 he had transferred to Tuchkovskiy complex of construction materials to the position of Master mechanic. Later he worked as Chief engineer and Technical director.
In 2001 Sergei v. Bekrenev was elected Chief Executive officer of the complex and has been working on this position till today.
Total labor experience is 33 years, 31 of them in the industry of construction materials in Moscow region.
During his professional activity Sergei v. Bekrenev was awarded by medal «In memory of 850th anniversary of Moscow», Appreciation of Moscow mayor, Honorary diploma of Ministry of regional development, decoration «For outstanding service for Ruza region».
In 2008 was awarded to honorary title of «Honored builder of Moscow region» and «Honorary builder of Moscow».
