Sand has existed for million years, reflecting geological history of the Earth. Progenitors of sand are solid rocks: granite, gneiss, sand stone. Sand was formed as a result of washing out of the rock, and its color depends on rock type. Further crushing of rock pieces to smaller parts and its grinding was a result of water and wind influence.

Concrete

Concrete is an artificial stone construction material, received as a result of curing of rationally selected and compacted mixture of binding material (cement, etc.), fillers and water. In some cases it includes special additives. Concrete is main construction material used in building for centuries.

Preparation of concrete mixture consists in batching and mixing of the components.

Mobile and automated concrete mixing plants provide maintenance of a set formula and technology. It allows to produce a high quality concrete mixture.

 

For transportation of the concrete mixture, its unloading to an application site and for transloading to other concrete transport devices we use inclined -axis mixers TM «TIGARBO».

 

Crushed stone

Crushed stone is produced as a result of grinding of the extracted rock with further sorting to fractions. Crushed stone is irreplaceable material for the most types of building and road works, and also for concrete production.

For separation of the crushed stone to fractions we use crushing-sorting equipment.
All producible crushed stone is characterized by high indexes of durability and freeze resistance.

 

Our complex produces the crushed stone which belongs to the 1 class of radioactivity. It’s possible to use it for all types of construction works.

 

After sorting crushed stone fractions are kept in storehouse.	Railway and car access roads come to the storehouse as close as possible. This provides comfortable shipping of the ready construction materials.

 

Mortar

Building mortar is a result of curing of binding material (cement), fine aggregate (sand), solvent (water) and special additives, if it’s necessary. Building mortars are highly plastic and used for connection of concrete slabs, masonry and brickworks, and also for decoration and plastering works.
