Production technology
System of mine workings is non-transport, continuous, one-side with placement of stripping rock in internal dumps.
Stripping rock is taken off by bulldozer D3-94HL
and transferred to the internal dumps.
Useful stratum is processed by two ledges. In current year mining of mineral’s reserves is made by dry extraction ledge, 10.3 m height, till groundwater level. It’s done by excavator EKG-4.6B, direct shovel type with capacity of the bucket 5 m3. The output is loaded to dump trucks. Transportation of sand-gravel mixture is realized by dump truck BelAZ-7523 (7522).
Dump formation is made by bulldozers DZ-94HL (ÄÇ-94ÕË (Ò-330) and DZ-110A-2 (ÄÇ-110À-2 (Ò-130).
Mountain and geological conditions which are formed after debugging of main dry reserves till groundwater level by traditional method with use of excavators and transportation of sand-gravel mixture by dump trucks are favorable for extraction of watered sand by hydro mechanized method. In the process of dry reserves debugging it was prepared a prime basin for the floating plant of hydraulic output. Capacity of the watered useful strata answered technical possibilities of the hydraulic output plant to debug sand for full depth by one ledge, including dry and watered reserves. Watered reserves of the sand-gravel mixture will be processed by stopes of radial scheme. Water area and construction of a floating slurry pipeline, which consists of several sections linked with lag hinges, allow debugging the useful strata by fan type. Fan radius is limited only by length of the slurry pipeline.
According to its geological characteristic watered useful stratum has tabular horizontal bedding. Based on this and on used mining-transport equipment we have accepted a system of hydro-mechanized extraction: non-transport, continuous, fan-type, without placing of stripping rock in internal dumps.
Debugging of the useful stratum will be processed by one extraction ledge, less than 10 m depth. Capacity of the useful strara and technical possibilities of the floating plan of hydraulic output allow debugging mineral for full depth of bedding by one ledge. Ready production (washed sand) will be placed in pool, from which after dehydration it is loaded by wheeled front single-bucket autoloader TO-28 and MoAZ-4048 to motor transport.
Transportation of the extracted sand is made by floating and land slurry pipeline from the pool. Considering insignificant content of gravel in sand separation of the extracted mining mixture is not provided.
If necessary it’s possible to organize transportation of sand-gravel mass to crushing-sorting factory and of ready production to railway storage by dump trucks BelAZ-7522 and 7523
After complete debugging of the reserves depleted ground is re-cultivated.
